Frequently Asked Questions

All renters must be twenty one (21+) years of age or older with a valid driver's license and proof of insurance in order to rent. Under no circumstances may anyone not a party to this agreement , or otherwise under the age of twenty one (21) years old, operate our carts. The credit card used to book your cart rental will be held on file for incidentals until your rental is complete.

Parking is handled as a normal automobile would be parked, in regular parking spots. Majority of Lake Geneva is paid parking. You as the renter are responsible for paying for parking during your rental. All tickets, fines, and citations during your rental are your responsibility and will be billed to your card on file.

You, as the Lessee, are responsible for all damage to the cart, theft, bodily injury, and/or property damage during your rental period. Additionally, Lake Geneva Cart Rental LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or broken personal property or belongings.

We are unable to provide any refunds for unused time during your rental period. Renting for a specific period of time means that the golf cart is unavailable to anyone else who may be looking to rent during that same booking period. 

Unfortunately, the weather is unpredictable and can change quickly. For that reason, we are unable to provide any refunds to do weather. All rentals sales are final rain or shine unless trip cancellation protection was purchased.

Our Street Legal Luxury Carts are permitted to drive on roads with a posted speed limit of 35mph or under. Carts are not permitted on beaches, sidewalks, or bike paths. For outside area rentals, it is your responsibility to check with your local municipality on use of "Low Speed Vehicles."

Yes! All of our cart rentals include complimentary delivery and pickup (within Lake Geneva, Fontana, & Williams Bay). Outside service areas are delivered at $2.25/mile.

We do our best to accommodate deliveries in the morning timeframe, generally between 8am-10am, on your first day so you get the most time out of your rental. If we have several deliveries on the same morning, times may be delayed. We will call the day before to confirm.

We do our best to accommodate pickups in the morning timeframe following your last day, generally between 7am-9am. If we have several deliveries or pickups on the same morning, times may be earlier. On occasion, we may ask that the cart be picked up late night of your last day depending on following morning schedules. We will call the day before to confirm.

All rental reservations can be cancelled with a 20% cancellation fee within 24 hours after booking. All payments are non-refundable 24 hours after booking unless trip cancellation protection was purchased. All rental sales are final rain or shine.

Due to the number of erroneous bookings and the fees we incur for them, bookings for Geneva-on-the-Lake, Ohio will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee.

Purchasing Trip Cancellation Protection allows you to cancel or reschedule your cart rental for any reason up to 24 hours prior to the start of your cart rental. If cancelling, you will be reimbursed for the full amount of your cart rental, less the cost of trip cancellation protection and processing fees. Please call us directly for all rental cancellations.
