Reservations require a full payment upfront. Full payment is taken at the time of the reservation. All rental reservations can be cancelled with a 20% cancellation fee within 24 hours after booking. All payments are non-refundable 24 hours after booking unless trip cancellation protection was purchased.

Rules And Regulations

All renters must be twenty one (21+) years of age or older with a valid driver's license and proof of insurance in order to rent. Under no circumstances may anyone not a party to this agreement, or otherwise under the age of twenty one (21) years old, operate our carts.
Lake Geneva Cart Rental LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or broken personal property or belongings.
Lessee is responsible for all damage to the cart, theft, bodily injury, and property damage.
You must abide by all traffic laws including seat belts and child safety seats.
You may only park in legally designated areas or spaces.
You may not go on any road with a posted speed limit above 35MPH.
For outside area rentals, it is your responsibility to check with your local municipality on the use of "Low Speed Vehicles."
Our Luxury Carts are not permitted on beaches, sidewalks, or bike paths.
Absolutely no reckless driving. Rental can be terminated immediately for abuse, with no refund.
Absolutely no operating while under the influence of alcohol or any other substances. Rental can be terminated immediately for abuse, with no refund.
You are responsible for the cost and service fee for any flat tire during your rental.
You are responsible for any damages incurred during your rental.
You are responsible for any city or state citation during your rental.

Pre-payment is required for all rentals unless other agreements have been made and agreed upon.
The credit card used to book your cart rental will be held on file for incidentals until your rental is complete.
